Fibers Division IE Manager
The Fibers Division IE Manager will lead and direct the Financial Systems of the Fibers Division including establishing budgets, calculating and publishing periodic results, determining standards, developing accurate forecasts and maintaining sound inventory and accounting practices that accurately gage the status of operations in the division. This will be accomplished by seamlessly working with corporate, divisional manufacturing leadership, as well as Financial and Plant Managers at each Fibers location.
+ Oversee the development of plant and divisional budgets
+ Develop and maintain standard cost for all Fibers Division products
+ Direct and coordinate accurate variance forecast activities
+ Maintain plant systems that control the accuracy of all plant financial data
+ Monitor budget control and coordinate issues with leadership
+ Validate all capital request justifications
+ Investigate and implement special projects to meet divisional continuous improvement (productivity) goals
+ Maintain monthly reporting on division results
+ Develop skills of Plant and Division Financial staff positions
+ Partner with C/I resources to direct the use of appropriate lean tools ( VSM, Gemba walk, work measurement, LSW, etc.) to drive continuous improvement in the Fibers division.
+ Validate Plant reporting systems such as efficiency and waste reporting in order to accurately account for inventory
+ Validate processes used for weekly/monthly POVAs to ensure accuracy and consistency across the division"
+ Serve as lead financial representative for the Fibers Division, which includes supporting the Divisional Vice President, Directors, and Plant Managers in all financial-related matters.
+ Provide accurate and timely summaries and analyses of Divisional and Plant results, including
+ recommendations on improvement opportunities."
- Deliver compelling, convincing, and concise communication to senior leaders, corporate partners, and plant resources.
- Establish Strategic Direction with regards to policies, practices, and procedures that ensure consistency across the division as are in line with Corporate Expectations.

Bachelor’s Degree in finance or related Major
Sufficient demonstrated experience in a plant or divisional role.
8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
