This position is for the Construction Area.

• Conducts quality testing and analysis of Weatherization Measures, in process and finished good to ensure they meet prescribed quality standards.
• Ability to inspect in tight places (crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
• Ability to inspect the installation of energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown) caulking, sealing, lighting , thermostats, CO detectors and weather stripping.
• On site investigation of quality issues, pre/post job analysis.
• Identifies workmanship and material defects.
• Record all data from inspections and maintain quality records
• Process audits.
• Communicate audit report findings and areas of improvement.
• May assist in the development of new processes and quality standards.
• Follow established company procedures, and work under direct supervision.
• Ability to manage a small crew.
• Procurement of customers to meet production goals.
