Pollo Regio is looking out for Grill Cooks who like to prepare delicious food that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery. An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals.

Requirements

+ Ability to follow and maintain all sanitation and safety procedures

+ Must be able to work in a fast environment

+ Ability to lift 50lbs and work in hot conditions·

+ Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption

+ Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, seasoning meat and vegetables before preparation.

+ Expected to prepare food following the instructions and recipes provided.

+ Ensuring that your workstation always remains clean and orderly.
