- Inbound calls to members, providers, and pharmacies to verify or obtain information
- Field inbound calls from members or providers/pharmacies regarding benefit questions, coverage, co-pays, and ID Cards
- Document all activities for quality and metrics reporting through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
