Job Description

Assist agency’s clients, including those with chronic health conditions, degenerative disorders, and dementia, with their personal care needs and activities of daily living. Assist with mobility and transfers, medication reminders, personal grooming, planning/preparation of special dietary needs.

Requirements : High School diploma or GED. CNA/PCA/HHA certification. Ability to bend, climb, stoop, and stand 5 hours a day, and to lift 20-30 lbs. Valid driver’s license required.
