Know what type of case / client you are being paired with before you accept the case.
Have 24 / 7 support from the office staff (no call centers or answering services here!).

Requirements to work as a Home Health Aide (HHA)
NY Registered Home Health Aide Certificate (HHA)
2 forms of government issued ID
2 professional reference letters (or contact information)
Required medical documentation (Physical, MMR, PPD, Drug Screen)
