Job Title: Human Resources Associate

Job Reports To: Director of Human Resources

Summary:

The Human Resources Associate will provide support across the global business with a focus on recruitment-related activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain broad experience working in Human Resources. A strong professional presence, strong communication and interpersonal skills, team playing ability and high level of attention to detail are required.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

* Coordinate all experienced-hire and campus recruiting interviews in support of HR Generalists

* Complete administrative and coordination requirements throughout the recruitment cycle accurately and promptly

* Ensure the accurate recording and monitoring of recruitment activity at all times

* Ensure hiring managers are responsive, provide detailed and relevant feedback, and conduct their role in the recruitment process in a timely and effective manner

* Interface with hiring managers and Executive Assistants internally, as well as candidates and agency recruiters externally to deliver responsive, best-in-class client service

* Support the recruitment and coordination of the firm's undergraduate and graduate Summer Associate programs

* Post job specifications to job boards, as requested

* Initiate and monitor background checks and escalate issues to HR Generalists

* Conduct candidate reference checks

* Process quarterly and ad-hoc recruitment metrics and reporting, and ad-hoc headcount requests

* Investigate and troubleshoot HR system issues in ADP and Cornerstone on Demand

* Partner with team members on ad-hoc HR functions including but not limited to performance reviews, employee relations, training and compensation

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree

* Self-reliant, proactive, good problem solver, results oriented, detail-oriented, deadline-driven

* Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills, and the ability to effectively interface with all levels of employees

* 0-2 years related experience

* High ethical standards, ability to work with discretion, and maintain the highly confidential nature of all Human Resources work

* Solid analytical skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook

* Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

* Organized, able to prioritize, follow-up and multi-task

* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

* Natural interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as HR Generalist activities

* Understands and demonstrates excellence in client service

* Solutions and results-driven
