Job Description

Medlines HR team has an exciting new opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist based at our facility in Noble, OK. We are in growth mode and looking for a passionate HR professional who thrives in an extremely fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. Under the direction of the Director-Human Resources located in IL, the Specialist provides specialized, technical support for human resources staff and related operations. This individual communicates human resources services, initiatives and programs to other department staff and employees at large.. In addition, this individual ensures HR operates in accordance with federal, state, and local employment requirements, e.g., Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII, etc.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide support and technical assistance to department management on one or more functional specialties.
  • Act as subject matter expert on area of responsibility.
  • Manage daily support activity for human resources including the maintenance and reporting of employee and employee related information.
  • Provide specialized expertise to the company through project, account and people management.
  • Identify and participate in human resources policy and program development in partnership with senior consultants and other human resource staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of general HR experience or experience within specific functional area
  • High energy level and stamina to meet demands for time and service
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws related to employment and labor
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization
  • Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish (writing, reading, speaking) preferred
