**BASIC PURPOSE** : The primary purpose of this position is to manage the region’s existing customer base, recruit profitable new sales volume into Love’s locations by promoting fuel, tires, light mechanical, factoring, CNG and other programs and to manage, audit and provide customer support for all group discount accounts.
+ Manage existing customer volumes and relationships within region with the highest level of integrity and customer service.
+ Secure profitable new business with both existing customers and new prospects
+ Complete customer/prospect calls weekly and provide report for each to SAM
+ Grow volume through discounts, based on available volume, and maintain assigned monthly margin and volume goals
+ Meet and/or exceed Year Over Year gallon and profitability goals
+ Work closely with Senior Account Manager and other team members in identifying market and competition trends.
+ Actively promote all Love’s services to within region: Fuel, Tires, CNG, Light Mechanical and Factoring
+ Contact fleets within 25-mile radius of each new Love’s location two-months prior to opening.
+ Work closely with Inside Support to insure proper discount setup and timely and accurate customer support
+ Responsible for complete and accurate customer data within Salesforce customer management software
+ Prospect for new business and provides leads to the appropriate RAM if lead is above 30 trucks.
+ Develop and maintain positive relationships with all Love’s vendors
+ Actively pursue opportunities for personal development within the department and company
+ Other duties assigned as needed
+ Travel 1 week per month/ or as needed
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred
+ 3 years of inside sales and territory management.
+ Bilingual preferred
