We seek an Integrated Business Development Manager who will play a key role in supporting the design, development and management of new, or existing business partnerships and products across product lines and throughout their respective lifecycles. In this role, the Integrated Business Development Manager is a liaison between the Business and its Product Team, and serves to translate product features and functionality into go-to-market strategies across the product and service families. This role entails consulting with key stakeholders to define operational needs, perform cross-functional trainings, create and implement process and protocol documentation and other go-to-market requirements.

Some of what you'll do:

Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales and other departments to document go-to-market requirements.
Implement strategic business development plans that generate and drive revenue.
Provide cost benefit analysis when implementing new or enhanced products and our product features.
Develop go-to-market product requirements, interfacing with all appropriate internal departments to guide and support on-boarding of new products and enhancements to existing products.
Work closely with Operations team to document product processes and services and/or transition product implementation to Operations.
Work closely with Business Partnerships to make sure all contractual documents are in place for reseller opportunities.

We hope you'll have:

Bachelor's degree (B. A./B.S.) from four (4) year college or university; and three (3) or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a health-related field preferred.
