**Purpose and Objective:**


SAP America, Inc. seeks an InternalStrategic Consulting Senior Manager at our Newtown Square, PA location responsible for driving strategic / transformation programs in a fully self-driven way, esp. focusing on new business models in synch with REINVENT (e.g. RISE with SAP, Qualtrics Bundles, BPI / Signavio, Commit-to-Consume, Industry Cloud, Intelligent Spend & Business Networks, Business Technology Platform Adoption, Try-to-Buy (Freemium) for core offerings).


**Expectations and Tasks:**


Responsible for driving strategic / transformation programs in a fully self-driven way, esp. focusing on new business models in synch with REINVENT (e.g. RISE with SAP, Qualtrics Bundles, BPI / Signavio, Commit-to-Consume, Industry Cloud, Intelligent Spend & Business Networks, Business Technology Platform Adoption, Try-to-Buy (Freemium) for core offerings). Define core cloud capabilities to accelerate SAP transformation from OnPrem to Cloud; Actively challenge the status quo; Provide thought leadership on those topics; Connect among strategy, process, business and technology to achieve SAP goals. Drive Strategic IT Portfolio to operationalize strategy on IT budget allocation; identify tradeoffs and consult leadership on investment decisions. Drive Executive Updates (SAP Board, Supervisory Board, COO Council, transformation program specific steerings). Act as executive advisor in these areas and ensure holistic from strategy to execution approach, including Value / Success Management and change through executive networking. Initiate and strengthen cross-organizational collaboration. Act as a transformation Agent and as End user/customer advocate to foster evolution of SAP. Lead a Team (15 members plus) and ensure that the team is well executing based on best practices. Network in the corresponding communities, including executive management. Drive hiring, people development and performance evaluation. 10% travel required.


**Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:**


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, Finance, or related field of study and 10 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 8 years of experience.


**Work Experience:**


Experience must involve 4 years in the following: Program Management including ability to clearly analyze & structure problems, derive actions/solutions/recommendations and setup programs, ability to define program relevant key deliverables / KPIs; ability to manage difficult/political projects and bring them to success; C-level communication, ability to effectively communicate across all teams, hierarchies and directing all program/project members toward a common goal; People Management & Leadership; Stakeholder Management including ability to influence decisions that need to be made to make the project successful; negotiation skills; political sensitivity; entrepreneurial skillset including understanding of portfolio, value proposition for customers, strategy and competitors; and ability to challenge & improve processes, methods, systems and solutions along customers' value chain. Experience must also include: Management Consulting including leadership. 10% travel required.
