Palo Alto based wealth management team is looking for a full analyst to work with Partner on client investment analysis and reporting. Analyst will review investment ideas and client portfolios for suitable investments. This person will assist with client monthly and quarterly performance reporting of investments which involves gathering data and preparing the detailed reports. Analyst will assist on the implementation of proposals and help with client communication of progress. The work involves spreadsheet, Bloomberg, and power point applications. It also involves understanding client mobility tools and being comfortable helping clients maximize these tools. Ideal candidate is thoughtful about client perspective, is detail oriented, and has strong computer and writing skills. Prior investment experience is a plus. Analyst will work directly for Partner but will also be part of a team of client associates who work on client administration.
The Analyst (Registered) is a fully paid or firm paid (exception only), salaried, exempt position on the Financial Advisor Team to further develop and service their client base. The Analyst is responsible for implementing and executing the Optimal Practice Model (OPM) in their specific functional role (i.e. Business Development, Business Management, Relationship Management or Investments). Specific accountabilities for the role may vary depending on the teams practice. Performance is measured by the FA or FA team, along with OMT, through specific goals, metrics, and behavior related to the execution of the OPM function. The Analyst (Non Registered) is a non exempt position for a non -licensed hire lacking a license and/or designation, until fully licensed and designation achieved. The Analyst (Registered) is a non-exempt position for licensed employees that are in progress of completing their designation in 12-months.
