Position Summary:

The JD Edwards Business Compliance Analyst primary focus is to ensure that the necessary processes and controls are in place across the IT compliance area to mitigate risk and provide compliance assurance for the company. The IT Compliance Analyst identifies risks, determines plan for correction, and actively participates in the development and adoption of the IT corporate policies, standards, and procedures within the company. Office located in the IT department at the Woodland Hills, CA corporate headquarters. Travel is generally minimal, can be 5-20% of the time, depending on meeting schedules and workload. The employee must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism.

Essential Job Functions:
As an JD Edwards Business Compliance Analyst, you will have these key areas of responsibility:

Perform IT controls assessments:

Evaluate the design and test the operating effectiveness of key controls
Analyze, evaluate and document user permissions, security parameters and ERP interface applications
Perform ERP segregation of duties analysis
Develop policies, procedures, or other radiation assistance depending on gaps or deficiencies identified

Serve as the IT lead during all internal and external audits:
Identifying requirements
Communicating and tracking deliverables needed
Collecting data
Tracking progress
Follow up on all recommendations and deficiencies

Communicate with IT Management on a regular basis:
Status of projects/tasks
Issues, concerns, problems

Education, Skills, and Experience:

Associates degree in IT or related field; Bachelor's degree In IT preferred
3+ years in IT Compliance or IT internal Audit
Ability to explain technical concepts
Sarbanes Oxley general computer control testing experience
A strong working knowledge of JDE Enterprise One manufacturing, distribution, or financial application.
JD Edwards Enterprise One audit experience (security, interfaces, change management, pre/post implementation, configuration, and functionality) strongly preferred
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work independently or collectively with a team.
