THE OPPORTUNITY


Do you want to work on interesting and adorable educational content for kids?


Then you’ve come to the right place. Scholastic Magazines+ is looking for a highly creative junior video producer who will work together with our editorial and video teams to create engaging short-form educational videos for grades K-12.


RESPONSIBILITIES


+ Collaborate with editorial and video teams to help create video content


+ Coordinates assets and assist team members as needed


+ Assists with shoots


+ Photo research


+ Edits video content and reviews content for quality control.


+ Various associated administrative tasks including assembling video newsletter

**Qualifications**


HOW YOU CAN FIT **(Qualifications)**


+ 3+ years professional experience


+ Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite


+ Experience with color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics


+ Be collaborative, flexible, and happy to work under supervision in a team setting


+ Strong interest in early-childhood education


+ Visual storyteller with some design skills


+ Sense of humor or comedic timing
