Citi's Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS), a division of Citigroup's Institutional Clients Group, offers integrated cash management and trade services and finance to multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations around the world. TTS has the industry's largest proprietary network with banking licenses in over 90 countries and globally integrated technology platforms. The business continues to lead the way in offering the industry's most comprehensive range of digitally enabled cash management, payments, receivables, liquidity management and investment services, working capital solutions, commercial card programs, and trade finance.


Liquidity Management Services (LMS) is a business within TTS. It is a key Citibank franchise business providing a primary source of institutional deposits and supporting clients with their deposit needs. The business manages $600bn+ of institutional deposits. In addition, the business also provides clients access to overdrafts through their deposit accounts. The Liquidity Management Services (LMS) business is responsible for the delivery of liquidity solutions to support clients globally.


**Key Responsibilities:**


This role is in the Liquidity Management Services COO team. The role will focus on leading several key business management activities for the Liquidity Management Services (LMS) business. The role will focus on the following:


+ Lead a team of 2 people to manage several key business management activities.


+ Lead the investment spend process for the product development of the LMS business.


+ Work with the product teams to review and assess the performance and value of the LMS product solutions.


+ Partner with the product teams and technology teams to develop and enhance the LMS product development strategy and roadmap.


+ Lead, host, and drive the strategy for the LMS Investment Council.


+ Review product releases and coordinate product updates for the LMS Monthly Business Reviews.


+ Analyze and review client at risk findings, client pipeline, clients wins, and losses.


+ Participate in LMS product quarterly business reviews, in the liquidity design studio, and strategic partnership efforts.


+ Manage the LMS headcount planning process of 200+ employees to ensure that deployment of headcount is effectively executed.


+ Partner with Finance to assess the non-interest expenses of the LMS organization and improve visibility of these expenses.


+ Manage the non-interest expenses and attribute expenses to drive efficiencies.


+ Set agenda and prepare materials for the Monthly LMS Global Meetings.


+ Partner with the Operations Center of Excellence team to lead work agenda and drive efficiencies across the LMS teams.


+ Coordinate the quarterly LMS business results presentation to the regulators.


+ Help develop and maintain the LMS governance structure.


**Key Objectives:**


+ Lead Investment Process and drive the agenda of Investment Council


+ Manage headcount planning process


+ Develop a product performance management process


**Qualifications:**


**Knowledge/Experience:**


+ 10+ years relevant work experience


+ Finance, Treasury, and Business Management experience strongly preferred


+ Product Management experience is a plus


+ Ability to manage and influence within a matrix organization


+ Competencies: Strong organizational and communication skills; resilience; teamwork


+ Strong project management skills with experience in leading multiple workstreams


+ Minimum of Bachelor's Degree


+ Self-motivated, goal orientated, and with agility to pivot based on evolving requirements


+ Highly organized, responsive, and proactive


+ Very Strong analytical and technical skills; Excellent excel skills required; Proficient MS Access skills desirable


+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
