The partners in the group are looking for an attorney who has relevant labor and employment litigation experience. Their ideal candidate will have knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws (e.g., wage and hour, trade secret law, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and similar state laws) and litigation experience in these areas.
