Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties

* Responsible for loan boarding & servicing as Lead Administrative Agent on C&I Syndications; such transactions having up to 7 banks as participants

* Syndicated documentation familiarity

* Help manage activities related to loans, including closing, funding, boarding, customer service, collateral monitoring, and payment posting.; expertise on syndicated revolvers that might require daily clearly with participants

* Perform Process funding/boarding & LOMS.

* Responsible assign boarding, loan servicing request (daily transaction, payoff etc.) and review.

* Responsible review daily report.

* Perform solving problems and to support lenders and communicate.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

* Required: Must be have expertise in loan boarding and servicing where Bank is Lead Administrative Agent on large C&I Syndications

* Required: Advanced knowledge with Navigator or comparable systems.

* Required: Advanced knowledge with loan documentation and servicing.

* Required: Ability to solve problems and able to decide of complicated transaction/problems.

* Required: Ability to effectively communicate with Lenders and department staffs.

* Required: Ability to demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior and follow the Code of Conduct.

* Required: Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.

* Required: Ability to work with co-workers, customers, and outside agencies professionally and tactfully.

* Leadership and training skills to broaden team's overall skill sets.

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 10+ years
