We are looking to hire 1 Manager and 2 Customer Service Reps to help service our union and credit union members here in NYC and Long Island territory.
If selected for the MANAGEMENT position your main duties will be to train, develop and motivate our customer service reps. Your job is to assist them with any questions, concerns or challenges they have and make sure they are progressing in their career. This position involves a great deal of team work, customer service and communication! There is room for growth in promotion and pay within 90 days.
If selected for the CS REP position your main duties will be to contact and assist our union members whom request our services and properly explain their supplemental benefits they are entitled to through their groups. You must have good customer service skills, be able to properly communicate all their benefits clearly and handle all questions and concerns they have regarding their coverages. There is room for advancement within 90 days.
Please keep in mind we provide specialized benefits to niche markets.
Our customers request our services so there is no telemarketing with our positions.
