Our company provides preventative maintenance and on-call repair programs for all rolling equipment within the retail, wholesale and grocery industries. The Service Technician position is vital in delivering the companys highest quality customer service. You will be required to travel to multiple client sites throughout the week. A company truck and tools are supplied. You will work in a team environment with the opportunity to grow within the company.
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
Must be able to lift at least 50-70 LBS
Must have power tool experience
Must be available to work evening shift and adapt to changing work schedules
Team Player must interact and work well with the team and customers.
Must be able to pass a Criminal Background and DMV record check
Must have a high school diploma or GED, valid Driver's License, and reliable transportation
Must be able to travel typically out of town travel from a day to 1-2 weeks at a time
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Perform physical maintenance work including the ability to lift at least 50-70 LBS
Provide on-site installations, repairs, maintenance and tests tasks
Diagnose technical problems and determines proper solutions
Utilize mobile technology applications to complete service tickets, monitor timekeeping, submit reports, and manage expenses
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Maintain an organized warehouse, maintain appropriate inventory levels, take physical inventory and keep accurate inventory counts
Provides maintenance work orders and repair requests while on our customers site and/or in our warehouse.
Keep vehicle, tools and equipment organized and properly maintained (we provide all tools)
