MAINTENANCE Position Openings i Deerfield, MOiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiWe are posting two openings in the Maintenance department.Lubrication TechnicianWork is done primarily on day shift with the likelihood of overtime and call out work on a rotating basis.Seasonal scheduled shutdowns lasting multiple days will result in 12+ hour work schedules.Rate of pay: $ 24.17 /hr.Job duties include, but are not limited to:Conduct routine Predictive Maintenance (PM's) such as maintaining equipment fluid levels, ensure lubrication of key components, and monitor equipment healthProvide feedback and perform equipment modifications to enhance the lubrication, vibration and PM / PdM programs; document inspection and service activity as requiredNotify operations and maintenance colleagues of equipment deficiencies thru the CMMS so that the team can affectively plan, schedule, and repairUtilizes predictive technologies to collect condition data for early detection of machine faults or failuresPerform scheduled maintenance inspections; repair and replace equipment as neededMaintenance (Traditional Position)Work is done primarily on day shift with the likelihood of overtime and call out work on a rotating basis.Seasonal scheduled shutdowns lasting multiple days will result in 12+ hour work schedules.Rate of pay: $ 19.70 to $ 24.17 /hr., depending on previous experience and qualificationsJob duties include, but are not limited to:Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and lubrication on plant equipmentDocument inspection and service activity as requiredSchedule and prioritize maintenance tasks; repair and replace equipment as neededElectrical, Hydraulic, Steam systems troubleshootingAssist with ordering and inventory of parts and equipment as directed and other responsibilities as assigned by managementPrior experience or working knowledge of three phase, 480 volt electrical systems is preferred.Both positions will require:Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury safety culture; understand and follow company safety procedures, quality requirement, and environmental responsibilitySupport Reliability Engineers with Root Cause Analysis projects and the RCM group in the development of additional PM's, operating procedures, and equipment monitoringPhysical work out in the elements. Ability to meet these physical requirements such as prolonged kneeling, bending, climbing stairs and ladders, shoveling, sweeping and ability to lift 50 pounds unassistedCandidate must exhibit regular and prompt attendance.Ability to respond to emergency call outs to the site in a timely manner.Ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative to work independently while being flexible to work as a team when needed.This position works directly with operations, shipping/receiving personnel, third-party contractors and requires an employee to maintain professional interactions and communication skills with various departments.i
