Management Trainee Position available


The Trainee helps in all functions of our firm with direct guidance of the manager. They will shadows management to practice managerial skills and accumulate managerial experience. Attends management training offered by the firm. Might act as a back-up manager in absence of the General Manager. In addition will work in and learn each position of the company. The right candidate should have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a this particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. 


Responsibilities will include, customer service, marketing, entry - level sales, team leadership, client presentations, and gaining product knowledge.

Requirements

As this is a "Trainee" position, it is entry - level. All the training provided by us is paid training. 2 years customer service experience required or equivalent education. Our employees commonly work alone and as a team, so the candidate must be adaptable.  




One Chicago, Inc. is currently looking for entry level individuals with experience in customer service and sales.  Due to expansion, we are willing to train highly motivated people into management, customer service, and sales leadership positions. We are seeking individuals who have customer service training and are looking for a place to grow their skills and take their career to the next level.

 

  • 4 year degree OR relevant work experience
  • Must be able to work as a team or individually
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize training
  • Experience with customer service to clients
  • Superior organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
