Our facility in Littleton, CO seeks a **Manager Integrated Program Planning** to join our mission\. As part of the Center of Excellence \(COE\) Leadership Team, you will partner with Program & Senior Management and direct all phases of Program Planning & Integration from inception through completion\. You will be responsible for the end\-to\-end lifecycle of planning and schedule management in support of program capture and execution\. As the program’s planning integrator, you will collaborate with program management, senior management, and the customer\. You will also manage vertical and horizontal integration and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts\.
**Additionally, you will…**
• Provide leadership to the Sensors & Payload COE planning team and ensure the COE segment of the Integrated Master Schedule \(IMS\) is comprehensive & robust
• Provide time\-phased predictive analyses, critical path verification and schedule risk assessments
• Ensure performance and health metric analyses are utilized to drive actions resulting in improved program performance
• Be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

•1\-3 years of prior leadership experience either in a formal or informal capacity
•Thorough knowledge of MS Project or equivalent program management scheduling/planning system\.
•Thorough knowledge of Earned Value Management
