Role Overview

Join the FNTS executive team as the Vice President of Sales, where you will have direct influence over FNTS continued growth and success by ensuring our short- and long-term revenue expansion. The Vice President of Sales will provide the necessary skills and experience required to develop the business in an increasingly diverse IT service industry. As a team leader, you must have recent experience working in complex, ever-changing environments. You must be clear about the results you expect and devise strategies to achieve them all while appropriately guiding your team to get it accomplished.

The Vice President of Sales will lead a team to work directly with new, prospective, along with existing clients developing solutions. You will need to be a leader with a keen eye towards developing client outcomes and business development. You must consistently demonstrate the ability to deliver at a high level of competency in growth and tenacity of the FNTS core business models.

Key Responsibilities

1. Development and implementation of a strategic business plan and direct sales forecasting in line with achieving $75 million in revenue in the next 5 years.

2. Sales methodology advancement, including pipeline development and forecast accuracy.

3. Partnerships with product, marketing, content and tech teams to develop new products, optimize existing products and provide transparency to revenue performance.

4. Accountable for establishing a culture that encourages and motivates people to achieve their maximum potential.

5. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the competition, their possible competitive advantages, and why opportunities are won or lost.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Ability to think creatively and strategically, while still developing tactical plans.

* Demonstrate a consultative approach with the ability to analyze stakeholder's needs.

* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships, listen and actively contribute to discussions.

* Must display a positive business presence with management and external contacts.

* Must demonstrate sound judgment and apply logical and critical thought processes when developing and recommending solutions.

* Must be able to work in a fast paced, high change environment.

* Must be able to coordinate multiple and changing priorities.

Job Qualifications:

Qualifications

* 15+ years of relevant sales experience in the IT service industry and 10+ years of leading sale teams.

* Experience growing business revenue.

* Exceptional executive leadership, coaching and motivational skills and a track record of hiring top-level talent.

* Deep familiarity with core sales KPIs and how to measure them.

* A high degree of financial acumen and strong business management skills with a track record of understanding a sales consulting methodology.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and a commitment to collaborate with people.

* Contract negotiation experience.
