Work Location: (Hybrid Role)


Multiple Locations in Connecticut (Windsor, Middletown, East Hartford)


Role Description:


The successful candidate for this position has a basic knowledge of manufacturing and is open to learning and growing in a team environment. They are able to work within a team as well as independently, have a passion for continuous improvement, and be the face of Quest Global to your customers. Listen to customer’s problems, build on the experiences you have personally had, and then develop innovative ways to solve their engineering problems.


+ Work directly with cost estimation / part value team and provide technical support, technical reviews, and customer interface


+ Manage project status and tracking of elements, may be responsible for providing direction and delegation of work


+ Review processes and provide solutions and process recommendations


+ Drive improvements in all related manufacturing processes, including those related to products, equipment, and product quality for customers


+ Present work to customers at reviews and other meetings


+ Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.


Educational Requirements:


• BS/AS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent


• US Citizen required due to the nature of the work


• 1+ years hands on experience in manufacturing with various processes such as turning, 3-5 axis milling, grinding, broaching, special processes, and sheet metal/fabrications recommended


• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T standards (ASME Y 14.5) recommended


• Knowledgeable in methods of inspection & gaging concepts recommended

Role and Location Details: For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.


+ **Onsite** : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite at a Quest Global office or Customer Location.


+ **Hybrid** : Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.


+ **Remote** : Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).


Additional travel up to 15% to customer and/or Quest Global locations may be required
