Job Description

TheMarketing Technology team at Jack Morton assists the client account teams withcollecting consumer data and using technology to interact with consumers aton-site event activations. The Marketing Technology Manager Role is tasked withboth successfully managing and executing the technology aspects of onsiteexecutions, as well as managing staff on the Marketing Technology team.

Here's the job:

Technical Support:

* Assistin the on-site setup of technology such as Electronic Data Capture (EDC).

* Providetechnical support to remote users at GM events and activations.

* Troubleshoottechnical issues by identifying, evaluating, prioritizing and resolving issuesquickly and completely.

* Completequality assurance testing to assure that technology is user friendly.


* Supportand help lead the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Technology teamthrough inventory management, team scheduling, and maintaining billingdocumentation

* Providehigh level analyses of our processes and data collected including: programsetup, scheduling, forecasting, invoicing and quality assurance

* Completenecessary reporting to present to executive management and leadership.

* Reviewand audit event schedules

Project Management:

* Serveas the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the use of technology (event, mobile,social, digital, and more) into everything we do working closely with theAccount, Strategy, Creative, and Analytics teams to deliver best-in-class workfor our clients

* Buildand manage strong external technology vendor partnerships

* Assistin vendor onboarding for new technology vendor partnerships

* Leadthe implementation of new technology, functionality and vendor websites.

* Assistwith special projects as assigned

What we will expect from you:

* A natural curiosity and passion for problem solving, along with an internal drive to push for better solutions on behalf of our clients

* Serve as the SME on event technology to both internal teams and clients, dedicating a portion of your time to staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry developments

* A fluency in translating the technical into everyday language, both for our clients and our internal teams

* The ability to show, not just tell; getting others excited about new technology vs. just presenting information

* Willingness to support night or weekend troubleshooting requests (because our events aren't just from 9-5)

What we require:

* Apassion for what we do

* Bachelor'sDegree preferred and prior agency experience ideal

* Experiencesupporting remote users with technology troubleshooting

* Experiencewith data capture technology and lead generation. Experience in liveevents is a plus.

* Minimum4-6 years' experience working with marketing technology, CRM or similar

* Experiencemanaging projects, programs and teams

* Excellentoral and written communication skills; proven ability to outline processes andworkflow

* Strongorganizational and interpersonal skills needed

* Mustbe detail oriented and able to simultaneously manage projects independently

* Skilledin Excel and comfortable working with PowerPoint and Word

* Experiencewith html5, CSS and google analytics preferred
