Job Description

Position Overview:

Maintenance Associates will be responsible for the exterior of the resort, public areas, parking, pools. floors and buildings. Clean and minor repairs of property.


* Maintain a clean and organized work area, pool and all public areas of resort.

* Respond promptly to guests' questions, complaints, comments, and requests in a very courteous and professional manner, make guest recoveries and/or refer to management when appropriate.

* Maintain assigned equipment/tools in working condition and report any maintenance issues to your supervisor/manager.

* Keep abreast of Resort amenities, services and facilities, staff, leadership and hours of operation, Resort property, etc. Increase your knowledge and develop your skills to provide outstanding service.

* Proactively follow specific departmental procedures in performing repairs, maintenance, alterations, and installation work in a safe and neat manner.

* Will use power tools, cleaning products and pool chemicals.


* Prior cleaning and pool experience a plus.

* Possess a valid Driver's License in good standing.

* Must be mechanically inclined and problem solver.

* Trade school, or college training in Building Maintenance preferred.

* Good communication skills both written and verbal.

* Must have ability to work flex shift, weekends and holidays.
