About Us:


The RF hardware In the Loop (HWIL) Department has the responsibility to design, develop, and maintain engineering test systems (missile flight simulators) that operate real-time and closed-loop with the weapon’s hardware and software. The work is both challenging and exciting.

This position is eligible for a minimum of $30K Sign-On Bonus


Sign-on bonuses are not permitted for internal candidates


This is a challenging position, and you must have the educational and professional experience in missile integration and test experience. The candidate must also be a self-starter.


You will be responsible for the integration of real-time, closed-loop missile flight simulation systems.


You will be expected to work in a team environment, on diverse projects and receive direction from their team lead and also be required to provide technical support throughout product lifecycle, from initial concept to acceptance delivery to maintenance and any future system modifications.

The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.


Qualifications You Must Have:


+ Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) Master’s Degree (MS) preferred in Electrical Engineering


+ A minimum of 10 years of professional engineering experience performing missile integration and test.


+ Experience and knowledge of common computer hardware interface and data protocols such as RS-422, USB, PCIe, etc.


+ Experience with and knowledge in the integration of computer hardware interfaces


+ Experience working within a cross functional team


+ Experience working independently with minimal direction


+ Due to the nature of the business, remote work is not possible


+ Up to 25% business travel may be required


Qualifications We Value:


+ Greater than 10 years of professional RADAR and/or missile integration and test experience in a HIL facility.


+ Working knowledge in the integration of computer hardware interfaces


+ Working knowledge of Configuration Management principles, environments and tools


+ Proficiency in Linux or Unix


+ Working knowledge and experience with configuration management tools such as Synergy or Subversion


+ Working knowledge/course work of radar, signal & image processing, digital communications, control theories, estimation theory and/or electro optics


+ Experience utilizing performance simulations, such as 6DOF or IFS


+ Excellent written and verbal communications skills


+ Bachelor’s Degree (BS), Master’s Degree (MS) preferred in Electrical Engineering
