Responsible for coordinating the individualized care of patients throughout the continuum of care services, from abnormal findings to end of treatment, in order to increase and assure timely access to healthcare services.
Bachelors in Nursing and Master's Degree in Nursing, Education or related field is required.
Current CT RN license.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in acute care .
Experience in oncology is strongly preferred.
Superior communications; ability to interface with physicians,
In depth knowledge of health care systems, options for treatment, and hospital and community resources for cancer patients.
