SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual who has experience in Construction Inventory, Operations and Logistics or like industries. This individual will report to the Director of Operations and be an integral part of the SMC team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Inventory Control

+ Track and reconcile all inventory used weekly

+ Responsible for inventory purchasing and vendor relationships

+ Verify all shipments received reconcile and match PO's

+ Make all inventory entries to monitor application rates

+ Report daily on usage rates

+ Maintain stocking levels and re-order points for all inventory

+ Understand overall company workload and inventory demand level

+ Assist in Project Management

+ Assist in tracking the progress of various projects

+ Assist with quality control inventory readings

+ Perform post job interviews

+ Office

+ Answer phones and general ad hoc office duties

QUALIFICATIONS

+ 21 years of age or older

+ Three or more years' experience in inventory operations or construction industry

+ Construction Management degree preferred but not required

+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outloo k

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL SKILLS/FUNCTIONAL ABILITIES:

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

+ To perform duties of this job, this person must have good people skills - patient, cooperative and a positive attitude

+ Organized with good time management skills

+ Strong math skills
