Sogeti Minneapolis is looking for a full-time Office and Finance Administrator to join our

growing team. This role will work with

our Operations Team - Human Resources, Recruiting, and Management (including corporate)

on operational needs. This opportunity provides the chance to embark on a bright

career path with one of the world`s leading IT consulting groups. You will work

with others across the business to gain exposure into the functionalities and

importance of an Operations &Finance Team.


- Must be able to handle all the

different problems when it comes to the operation of the business

- Approve and maintain consultant

weekly timesheets and expense reports

- Review contracts and set up

projects according to contract details

- Ensure accuracy of project

details, billable hours, and associated financials

- Process client invoices in a

timely manner with attention to detail and work with clients to resolve

invoicing questions

- Develop client relationships to

establish understanding of payment terms and ensure prompt payments

- Manage project operations -

Statements of Work, consultant utilization

- Support the needs of the

consultant body - help with consultant questions/needs

- Plan and coordinate all employee


- Assist in planning and organizing

local client events or meetings

- Work with Purchasing Manager on

PO requests



office management duties, including refilling and ordering supplies, working

with corporate or outside vendors to maintain office and equipment, and

managing assets



Sales, Operations, Human Resources as needed

on additional responsibility to ensure team success

- Articulate and possess excellent

verbal and written communication skills

- Close attention to detail

- Experience

in an office environment is a strong plus

- Able

to work with minimum supervision and effectively manage time


- Bachelor Degree from an

accredited institution

- Must be able to work standard

professional business hours in office



with Microsoft products:Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
