The ideal candidate is someone with strong application security skills, backed with experience of successful delivery of business impact in complex and challenging environments. We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented leader who will be guiding a team of technical security program managers responsible for transforming our SecOps engagements and associated offerings.
The right candidate will help us better integrate our Offensive Security efforts with our security monitoring, response, and investigation services and continuously improve our security posture by focusing on proactive security assurance IP, automation, and scale to deliver security in depth.

+ Measure your business partner security baseline, effectiveness of controls, and overall engagement satisfaction on a recurring basis and strive to improve it, everyday:
+ Own a comprehensive and connected offensive security, security monitoring, response, and investigations program that continuously improves and advances our capabilities to protect, detect, and respond.
+ Iterate and evolve our security services / IP to ensure increased security coverage for Microsoft products and services.
+ On point to define and operationalize a transformational strategy to drive our SecOps investments from human led operations to Code/IP driven scalable solutions.
+ Customer-obsessed, both for the engineers relying on what this team delivers and for communicating on key opportunities.

+ Minimum of three years’ experience managing people
+ 8+ years of experience in Cyber security or Application security roles
+ Deep Security domain expertise
+ Ability to analyze data to identify program efficiency, performance, and security trends to drive continuous improvement
+ Having strong understanding of software security concepts and exploitation techniques as well as robust problem-solving skills ranging from conceptualization to implementation
+ Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations, great cross-group, and interpersonal skills
+ Program management experience implementing cloud technologies
