Extended Family is a premium home care company, promoting independence, good health and engagement in life. We promote 4 cornerstones to healthy aging: fall prevention, medication review, memory enhancement and hospital advocacy.

You must present with a professional image, have good reporting and communication skills and patience. Dependability and dedication are also a must.

We assist with personal care, ambulation/transfer, light housekeeping, meal planning & prep, companionship, shopping/errands, transportation, etc.

We offer continuous training, supervised by Registered Nurses. All staff is insured and bonded.

We offer services in the NH seacoast area as well as Dover, Lee, and Exeter. We also provide services in southern York County including Kittery, Kittery Point, all of the Yorks and Eliot.
