Job Description:

Organizational Overview

As an Associate with DST Pharmacy Solutions (formerly Argus), you will be part of an organization that promotes better health outcomes for consumers through clinical and technological innovations. Role Overview

Performs complex analysis of large pharmacy provider and customer data sets, including determining generic product pricing. Identifies, analyzes, interprets, and validates trends and patterns to create opportunities or solutions for pharmacy provider pricing models. Assists in the development of customer or generic drug algorithms for pricing and reporting projects including sales activities, RFP analysis, or customer reports. Organizes and presents analytical findings to management and internal groups.

Responsibilities

* Perform complex analysis of large pharmacy provider and customer data sets, including determining generic product pricing (i.e., maximum allowable cost, or MAC pricing)

* Identify, analyze, interpret, and validate trends and patterns to create opportunities or solutions for pharmacy provider pricing models

* Assist in the development of customer or generic drug algorithms for pricing and reporting projects including sales activities, RFP analysis, or customer reports

* Organize and present analytical findings, both verbally and in writing, to management and internal groups

* Collaboratively develop analytic models to evaluate financial impact of business strategies to manage pharmaceutical spend and trend

* Interpret and analyze pharmaceutical claims and cost trends to identify management opportunities and measure the impact of strategy implementation

* Lead projects to completion by contributing to database creation, statistical modeling and financial reports

Qualifications

Minimal:

* Bachelor's degree in Analytic discipline or emphasis; or 4 years of directly-related Analytic work experience

* Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products

* Experience in use of SQL

* Demonstrated experience in building/applying descriptive statistics

Preferred:

* Master's degree in Analytic or Data Management discipline

* Highly Proficient in use of SQL

* Experience in use of Analytic Software including (but not limited to): Tableau, Power BI, R, Excel, Python, SAS

* Demonstrated experience in building/applying predictive analytics
