+ Lead a distributed team of engineers across the organization and Google Cloud Platform teams.
+ Encourage and maintain engineering excellence on the team to build reliable distributed systems that our customers can build their business on.
+ Partner with technical leaders within Google and the open source community and contribute to product/project strategy, roadmap definition, and requirements-gathering.
+ Develop design principles, set a uniform process for reviewing designs within software teams, and define standards for writing, sharing, and reviewing design documents.
