**Senior Director of Philanthropy - Foundation**
Location: Mission Viejo, CA
Work Schedule: Full Time - 80 Biweekly Hours
Shift: 8-hour, Days
Under the direction of the Chief Philanthropy Officer, the Senior Director of Philanthropy (SDP) is a member of the Foundation leadership team who will also function as Campaign Director. The SDP is responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of a comprehensive campaign which is expected to be in the $250 million range. In addition, the SDP will be a working member of the Foundation’s team of principal gift, major gift, and planned giving team. The SDP will manage at least one major service line assignment with the requisite physician relationships, along with a substantial
prospect portfolio targeting six-, seven-, and eight-figure gifts
+ Bachelor’s Degree.
+ Ten (10) years of progressive and proven experience as a major gifts officer successfully raising six (6)- and seven (7)-figure gifts; significant leadership experience in the planning and conduct of at least one major campaign in the nine-figure range; and demonstrated experience in the inspiration and motivation of teams around a shared initiative.
