ARC is looking for a Full-time Print Production OnSite Operator to help us continue to provide the best employment experience for employees; and, continued excellent service for our customers.

Description:

We are looking for a MPS (Managed Onsite Print services) Print Production Onsite Operator for role that is based in an onsite corporate office and must have the ability to interact with a variety of employee skill levels. The individual in this role is expected to exceed client expectations by fostering a "Whatever it Takes" attitude while producing and delivering the highest quality product by performing the following duties:

* Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to customers' needs.

* Must provide excellent customer service

* Experience with large/small format, color/bw printing/copying and related services preferred.

* Must be able to multitask while maintaining quality control.

* Oversee the color production and job preparation, submission, and workflow tasks for each assigned equipment. Use various equipment/machinery to finish the job to the exact customer standards. This includes filling in any sizes, quantities, job names or purchase orders on the work order prior to starting the job.

* Operate wide and small format printing, scanning, finishing, reproduction and duplication equipment.

* Must have experience in the Graphical software programs.

* Receive, process, and maintain orders for all color printers to perform color print services and prioritize work assignments based on customer needs, work load and machine capabilities.

* Study production schedule and estimate requirements for completion of job assignments. Inform the client of any requests that can't be met. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.

* Inspect finished work for sharpness, density of line, position, count and sizes.

* Use diagnostics to troubleshoot and correct image quality artifacts.

* Keep your area stocked with paper and supplies.

* Process PDF, and graphics files that come in e-mail, delivery, walk in, or other method.

* Report mechanical failure to the Production Manager or Branch Manager.

* Work overtime when necessary. Overtime is a condition of employment.

* Assist in other departments when necessary or orders are slow.

* Abide by all company rules and regulations, including those set forth in the Employee Handbook.

* Perform any other tasks, duties, or functions directed by the MPS Operations Director or Manager.

Experience and Qualifications:

* High School or Equivalent

* 2+ years of experience in color reprographics in a professional environment using graphic applications

* 1-2 years of direct color services and design

* Pre-flight experience

* Must have excellent customer service skills, be punctual, polite, and detail oriented

* Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and align operations and sales processes to achieve business results

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, resourcefully with minimal oversight

* Demonstrated experience in developing strong working relationships with internal and external customers
