We are looking for an user experience designer to help us build exciting and powerful tools that are simple to use and gain insights from.   • Create compelling, efficient, and intuitive interfaces / workflows for various tasks including audience creation, insights and deployment
  • Design data visualizations that communicate complex ideas for simple consumption
  • Efficiently gather and organize user needs and requirements
  • Embrace data-informed design, incorporating extensive data, research and competitive analysis into your design process
  • Create elegant conceptual solutions to these needs, using participatory and iterative design techniques within an Agile framework
  • Define user interfaces and specifications based on these concepts, with strategies to test and iterate
  • Effectively communicate your concepts, design rationale, and research findings to the team

  • Skills

    • 3+ years of interface/interaction design experience, particularly with data visualization
    • Please provide a link to a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to develop user interface concepts, create prototypes, and deliver requirements such as conceptual models, storyboards, scenarios or flowcharts
    • Expertise with tools such as Sketch, Invision and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Rapid prototyping and mobile/responsive design experience
    • Proactive, innovative problem solving experience with a multi-disciplinary team
    • Some experience designing within an Agile framework
    • Some experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
    • Data summarization and visualization skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • BS/BA in Design, HCI or related degree preferred

    Responsible for creating, evaluating and modifying prototypes to support evolving hardware and software application development.

    As a member of the User Experience team, you will develop and apply software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems. May develop user profiles, with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation and task and objective analyses. Provide product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems including tactile methods, visual graphics, web, multimedia, voice response and conversational user interaction. May assist in developing design concept and implementation, providing input on user design considerations. May produce specifications describing user needs and internal structures for product in development.

    Duties and tasks are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically four years of software engineering or related experience needed.
