**Qualifications:**


+ Minimum Bachelor’s degree, ME or EE preferred.


**Experience:**


+ 5+ years in similar role, Semiconductor equipment industry experience preferred.


+ Data and/or Business analytics experience.


**Functional Knowledge:**


+ Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field.


+ Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.


**Personal Skills:**


+ Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.


+ May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

**Job Description:**


+ Role objective is to drives Spares revenue, market share and profit across all product lines and support Service and Part contract business expansion.


+ Uses technical knowledge, experience and market data to identify opportunities.


+ Guides Engineering and Operations on parts sourcing opportunities and decisions.


+ Supports Product line dedicated support groups on their strategic spares needs.


+ Provides oversight on Engineering change control and part obsolescence management Manages Customer Notification process for key part changes.


+ Works closely with Field organizations on developing parts business opportunities.


+ Report out to all levels of management on all aspects.
