Product Manager is responsible for end to end delivery of technology projects


Experience managing requirements, design and estimates


**REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**


???The job requires:


8 years experience with the following:


· Matrix management of teams across various locations.


· Strong project management skills.


· Excellent communication both verbal and written.


· The ability to prepare and present materials.


· Consensus building


**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**


???Resource management and understanding of Bank policies and processes, in addition to above.

**Jersey City pay range:**


$87,500 - $142,300

annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.


**Discretionary incentive eligible**


This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
