Job Description

Having just completed three major acquisitions and with revenue now exceeding $1B annually, we're looking for an energetic Program Manager for Supply Chain, who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help take our supply chain programs to the next level. The Program Manager for Supply Chain will have key objectives and major responsibilities:

1) Establish Supply Chain Plan of Record for New Product Programs

Lead/Drive Supply Chain input to Program POR and influence solutions optimized for Supply Chain.

Define Supply Chain schedule and integrate with Engineering (H/W, S/W, SQA)

Establish and manage to Supply Chain NPI Budget

Ensure Supply Chain Resource Plan meets program requirement

2) Lead and represent Supply Chain in functional and corporate teams.

Influence and escalate across functional program teams to arrive at best business decisions for Extreme

Influence appropriate trade-offs for time-to-market, quality, cost, feature

Focal point in Ops to provide program information back to Core Team (cost, manufacturability, schedule, availability, quality, funding, MRD/PRD, etc.)

Escalation path for team on any issues on program

3) Deliver stable product to sustaining, enable revenue and lead EOL activities

Lead team to deliver on all Supply Chain and Corporate PLC deliverables at each phase (0-6)

Ensure initial GA forecast properly loaded. Attain support of risk buys required to ensure launch readiness.

Approve and manage quality events like Stop Ship/Purge events.

Partner with Sustaining teams to ensure clean handoff at FCS.

Manage EOL to ensure smooth transition to new products while miminimzing scrap/E&O.

Lead and participate in Value Engineering activites to ensure lowest standard cost.

4) Project Management

Lead cross-functional teams on initatives that transform the business

Define project plan including definition, scope, dependencies, budget and schedule and risk mitigation.

Update project status to all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

* Must have extensive Supply Chain experience (6-10+ years)

* Knowledge & Experience relevant to: cost, manufacturability, scheduling, availability, quality, funding, MRD/PRD

* Knowledge & Experience specific to Value Engineering

* Program &/or Project Management experience

* Experience in an Engineering environment

* Supply Chain NPI Budget, Resource Planning experience

* Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
