As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Architect to help build our Mixed Use/Multi-Family Studio in our Indianapolis, IN office.


+ Candidates must be a licensed architect and have experience as a Project Architect on renovation and new construction building designs for Mixed use/Multi-family facilities

+ Candidates will be utilizing AutoCAD and Revit to not only produce quality construction documents him/herself, but also direct other production staff in the preparation

+ Candidates will successfully facilitate interdisciplinary coordination, integrating sustainable design criteria where applicable and executing construction administration

+ Candidates will possess project planning design and construction experience, including direct client contact. In addition to Mixed use/Multi-family experience, project work in related markets such as Hospitality and/or Commercial/Retail would also be beneficial

+ Candidates will ideally have experience building, guiding and managing a team or studio of other architects/production staff

+ Other duties as assigned


+ Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit

+ NCARB certification preferred

+ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 8-10 years of work experience

+ Experience in both design-bid-build and design-build projects

+ Excellent communication and technical skills as well as a strong team player approach are required

+ Strong organizational skills along with written/verbal communication skills and the ability to work easily with clients, team members, consultants and other Woolpert Design staff are essential
