**What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”**


+ Provide administrative support to the VP of Operations, Operations Managers, Operations Supervisors, Project Managers and/or others as required. May also provide Human Resources, Special Events and General Office support for the office.


+ Coordinates a variety of office support duties which may include: ordering supplies for office copiers/printers, break rooms and restrooms, delivering recyclables to recycling centers, caring for plants in the office, etc.


+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.


**What You’ll Need**


+ Strong telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.


+ Solid Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.


+ Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.


+ Excellent attention to detail.

**Requirements:**


Education: High School/GED or equivalent


Preferred Experience: (but not required):


+ 1-3 years administrative support, office management or equivalent


+ 1-3 years maintaining and registering in industry state licensing programs
