CACI is seeking a project integrator to join a dynamic team supporting the Senior Leadership Team in a client Program Office.
As a key member of the Senior leadership Support team, you will advise and assist the Chief, Deputy Chief, and Chief of Staff with a wide range of activities including: strategy implementation, cross organizational coordination, governance administration, weekly reporting, communication activities, space planning/utilization, executive administration, briefing preparation, and organization and facilitation of corporate meetings and conferences as required. Additional responsibilities include: coordinating responses to issues and tasks received from headquarters, disseminating information, clarifying requirements/requests, documenting action items, and tracking them through conclusion. You will also track facility space and improvement activities, to include requirements, schedules, and issues. You will brief updates to the bi-weekly Facilities Board, ensuring updates are communicated to all stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated experience supporting government Front Offices and/or senior leaders
+ Demonstrated writing skills
+ Demonstrated problem solving skills
+ Demonstrated presentation skills
+ Expertise within all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Ability to articulate the status of various efforts in support of client mission
+ Ability to successfully work with, and adapt to, personnel at all levels
+ Work effectively under pressure and/or deadlines;
+ Detail oriented
+ Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
+ Experienced working on teams consisting of members with varied skill levels
+ Practical knowledge of project management
+ Familiarity with the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) (Desired)
Execute Senior Leadership support tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership in the project office
+ Assist in the planning and oversight of projects and activities under the Chief of Staff
+ Prepare briefing slides at the request of the Chief, Deputy Chief, and Chief of Staff
+ Facilitate weekly Staff meetings, bi-weekly Corporate Boards, monthly all-hands, and quarterly Governance Boards, including preparing an agenda, collecting presentations, documenting meeting minutes, and coordinating actions
+ Compile weekly Program Office highlights and prepare for submission to external senior executive stakeholders
+ Facilitate weekly Front Office meetings and provide high-level programmatic planning for the Senior Leadership Team
+ Track Program Office and Group Chief-level action items
Education & Experience:This position requires bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience, ideally as a systems integrator or project integrator.
