PROJECT MANAGER SENIOR (IETMS-18-1414-W):

Bowhead is actively recruiting a Project Manager to join our team in making a difference by supporting Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Logistics Product Data Division (AIR-6.8.5) on their National Logistics Contract providing support in the following areas:

* Technical data management support

* Technical publishing support

* Technical library/repository/Data Control Center (DCC) support

* Logistics information technology support

* Independent quality assurance support

* Digital & physical access, control, content, transaction/exchange, and protection

* Technical data content's suitability & completeness for intended use analysis and configuration audits (e.g. DODI5010.12M, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) ASME Y14.41 & Y14.42, S1000D) Reporting

The Project Manager acts as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues. Oversees contractor execution of the contract requirements. Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources.

RequirementsMA/MS degree and an additional ten (10) years of experience OR a BA/BS degree and fourteen (14) years of experience OR an Associate's degree and eighteen (18) years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree

The preferred applicant typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.

Relevant experience to Logistics Product Data Division (AIR-6.8.5) highly desired.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
