As part of our team, the Senior Associate will utilize various methodologies and models to execute client projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Work with team to conduct business process analysis to identify process issues and solutions, and capture and monitor overall metrics. Help client analyze data using basic methodologies and tools, to include Excel and Tableau to interpret results, and provide written summaries and recommendations. Perform onsite data collection to analyze standard operating procedures and process models. Use your communications skills to participate in ongoing decisions regarding AP tracking, study, design, data collection, data analysis, methodology, and process improvement. Collaborate with client and project staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with minimal direction. Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization). Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials. TS/SCI and Full Scope Polygraph required. Experience with delivering process improvement analyses Experience building metrics dashboards in Tableau Ability to comprehend, analyze, and manage multiple complex processes using process improvement methodologies Ability to work seamlessly with contractors of other organizations and government staffers from technical and non-technical backgrounds Experience using Excel & Power Point to build polished client presentations Bachelors Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field. Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees. U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required. Travel may be required. Ability to work overtime required on occasion. Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements. Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
