In conjunction with the Director, you will be the designated LEADER for Women’s Services responsible for the patient population and assigned staff. The Manager plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the unit activities. Maintaining effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care in Labor and Delivery, Post-Partum and Nursery. This includes overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management. Employee development, training and education will be a key component in the Manager role.

+ Florida RN License
+ BSN Degree
+ 5 years acute care maternal/child experience, including two years of management or supervisory experience.
+ 1 year experience in staff education
+ Current certification or obtain certification within 90 days: NRP, Basic Fetal Monitoring (ALC), Advanced Fetal Monitoring, ACLS, BLS, PALS, STABLE
+ Must obtain instructor certifications for the following certifications within 6 months of hire: NRP
+ Bachelors or better in Nursing
