Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client looking for a Recruiter for an interim opportunity. Join our team on a contract basis, where you will be playing a key role in our client's recruitment efforts and will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee recruitment plans; advising managers on hiring best practices; as well as recruiting and evaluating job candidates.


Your responsibilities in this role


- Help onboard new hires


- Interview applicants, analyze responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements


- Suggest new policies and practices and monitor job offers and compensation practices in order to increase organization attractiveness


- Set up recruiting guidelines by studying organization plans and objectives and collaborating with managers on internal hiring needs


- Keep up with department records and reports

Requirements - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent


- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and a detail-oriented mindset


- Strong time management and organizational skills


- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience


- Good communication skills, verbally and in writing, with functional department managers


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
