Qualifications: Must be proficient with computers and have the ability to learn new software. Should have good communication skills and have an overall positive attitude. Good telephone, interpersonal skills and strong internet searching skills a must. Recruiting and scheduling experience a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Posting job needs on various search hubs and forums
Contact/ recruit and screen potential candidates, and set up interviews
Maintain positive working relationships with office staff and caregivers
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, by adhering to HIPAA/ confidentiality guidelines.
Enter/maintain/track candidate data in applicant tracking system.
