**The Opportunity**


As **Regional Director of Advice & Financial Planning** you will drive financial planning and advice implementation growth in the Central West region. **The Impact**


We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader who can deliver business value by partnering effectively with GA’s, Sales Managers and Advisors in the field, implement sales processes, training, and implementation programs for FP & Advice.


**The Key Responsibilities Include:**


+ Work alongside your team with GAs on Developing a Firm Financial Planning Growth Plan: Segment gt; Engage gt; Execute


+ In Firm Financial Planning Marketing Strategies, Sales Process & Strategy Development & FP Infrastructure Development


+ Lead FP Focus Groups in conjunction with GAs


+ Work directly with Sales Managers with your team to Implement and Drive FP Sales & Product Implementation


+ Work directly with Advisors with your team to Implement Financial Planning in their Practice


+ Financial Planning Strategy Work


+ Coordinate In Field Efforts with Key Field Leadership


+ Coordinate Training Efforts


+ Align Key Resources for Execution, including Product Partners and other Financial Planning Resources


**The Minimum Qualifications:**


+ Bachelor's Degree


+ At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning or related position


+ Series 7 & 66 at time of application


+ Experience influencing advisors through both long term relationship building, and short term analysis work


+ Experience with fee based investment management


+ Knowledge of Disability, Life, and Long Term Care Insurance & Annuities


+ Knowledge of the FP Process, including selling FP, data gathering, case analysis and strategy implementation, as well as how to implement ongoing planning through a service model


**The Ideal Qualifications**


+ Sales experience


**Compensation**


+ $145,000 - $175,000 All In (Base + Variable Incentives) ***Commensurate with experience
