Caliber PublicSafety is seeking aRegional Sales Executiveto join the team!TheRegional Sales Executiveis responsible for aligning sales activities with the goals of Caliber Public Safetyby aggressively prospecting, developing and managing new business to drive revenue. Youwill be highly engaged in business development by converting prospective clients into customers, maintaining relationships of existing customers and developing client/partner referrals.The ideal candidate will work remotely/virtually and be based in the Midwest, preferably Kentucky or Indiana due to the nature of the job.Primary FunctionsWhat will be your impact?Develop regional territory sales for both existing and new name businessContact potential customers in a systematic and professional mannerPlan, Coordinate and roll out targeted marketing events to drive salesEnsure quality representation of product and service capabilitiesStay involved with the customer after the sale to ensure customer satisfactionDemonstrate command of our product lineParticipate in national and regional conferences and user groups.Maintain good working relationships with Customer staff at all levelsEstablish key contacts with industry leaders to maintain and grow knowledge of parking permitting and enforcement marketMeet all standards established for this position as outlined in the Sales Compensation PlanAchieve Sales Goals set for the territoryQualificationsTheRegional Sales Executivemustbeacompetitive, self-starter, who can aggressively pursue new business (i.e. prospecting), have strong written and verbal communication skills, time management skills (needs to manage several unique tasks simultaneously), be effective at developing strong relationships and committed to make an impact in the bottom line.What we are looking for?5 yearsPublic Safety software sales experienceHunter attitude with a competitive spiritCustomer facing experience with state or local governments/Public Sector; experience in public safety software or related industry preferredProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota and developing and managing a consistent sales pipeline.Understanding of government agency multi-process sales cycles preferredWorks effectively within a collaborative and cohesive, team based environmentExcellent verbal, written and presentation skillsOutstanding customer service and organizational skillsExceptional analytical and problem solving skillsPositive, results oriented mindsetAbility to multi-task effectively and to consistently meet assigned deadlinesSelf-starter with ability to work well independently and in groupsWhat we offer?A competitive base salary coupled with a rewarding commission planA casual work environmentPaid vacationLifestyle rewards perk of $325 annually401k with company matchHealth plans including dental andvision availableThe Regional Sales Executive can work remotely or from a Harris office in their designated sales region.Company OverviewCaliber Public Safety provides Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management, and Mobile solutions to 1,000 Public Safety agencies across North America.
